Anyone who knows me understands that, unlike Mark, I’m pretty new to this whole food-truck-pizza-culinary thing. (I lasted one month as a waitress in college and as I was daydreaming about writing this post managed to burn not one, but two slices of toast). With a background in the liberal-slash-healing arts (you can find out more about that here), this new role has been somewhat out of my element, and yet, I love it when I can connect old knowledge to new. Thus, the title of this post, “high vibrational eating”, sums it all up.
Vibration is everywhere and everything within our universe vibrates to a particular frequency. Vibration exists in colors. Dark colors hold a low vibrational frequency, while the ‘color’ white has a high one. Vibration exists in words. Positive affirmations will run high, while negative words run low. It exists in sounds. The 528 hz can heal and repair DNA. And, believe it or not, vibration exists in the food we eat.
Now, it is worth noting that low, dense frequencies can cause an array of issues, from depression, indigestion, exhaustion, confusion, anxiety, headaches, and other health issues. Low vibration knocks us out of balance because we too, hold vibration. Each cell has a resonating frequency. So what we put in our body has the potential to raise or lower this frequency. When we raise the vibration around us, we are giving ourselves the best chance at living a life of health and well-being.
So when we choose to put food in our bodies that is free from chemicals, additives and flavorings (in other words - organic) we are optimizing our health. Scratch-made food has a high vibration, while processed food is low. Yes, food is our first medicine. I do believe it! And I can’t sell something I don’t believe in. So that’s why we feel it’s important that we offer our pizza at the highest vibration possible. This is food we feel good about giving our own kids. And it doesn’t hurt that it tastes awesome. Just be thankful Mark’s the one making it!
